If you cannot log in

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, do not log in — contact support immediately instead. We review all account access and can verify whether your session has been compromised.

If you have registered but never set up two-factor authentication, you can enable it in your account settings after login. This adds a code (sent to your email or phone) that you must enter after your password. For questions about your account status, withdrawal delays, or deposit issues, customer support responds within standard service hours and can be reached through the support portal in your account menu.
